The studio aims at bringing together the disciplines of architecture and engineering in order to integrate them from the beginning of the design process. It has contributed to a wide range of programs from design objects and sculptures to multi-program theatres and bridges. The team is experienced to work in a variety of cultural and geographical situations and understand the impact of projects in unexpected contexts with a common goal: to achieve sustainable projects.
BIM Manager / Computational Designer (Large-Scale Projects)
The BIM Manager / Computational Designer will contribute to large-scale projects across conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases. In early stages, the role focuses on developing parametric design strategies, generating design options, and building advanced 3D models and geometric systems. During detailed design phases, the position involves coordinating BIM models, refining technical documentation, integrating multidisciplinary inputs, managing data structures, and ensuring model accuracy and consistency across all project deliverables.
The role bridges computational design innovation with structured BIM management to support efficient, data-driven project delivery from concept through detailed design development.
Responsibilities include producing coordinated drawing sets, detailed plans and sections, model-based documentation, renderings, diagrams, and high-quality presentations.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Architecture, Master Planning, Design, or a related field.
Proven experience in conceptual, schematic, and detailed design phases.
Demonstrated involvement in large-scale and complex projects.
Strong expertise in computational and parametric design methodologies.
Advanced proficiency in Rhino, Grasshopper, Revit (BIM), AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Solid understanding of BIM management processes, model coordination, clash detection, data structures, and documentation standards.
Strong conceptual, graphic, and technical design communication skills.
Creative, precise, and efficient in developing and coordinating design concepts and detailed documentation.
